Rita is a Boston-based, classically trained Pilates Mat instructor (certified through LindaFit Pilates in NYC) and a 200-hr certified Yoga instructor (certified through South Boston Yoga). Her experience includes teaching at Equinox, Healthworks, various boutique studios, corporate clients (including PUMA), and private 1-on-1 sessions.
