What is a Health and Wellness Coach?
A partner who empowers individuals to implement a personal wellness plan using science-backed, behavior-driven lifestyle modification practices. Health coaches do not prescribe a plan or tell their clients what to do. While health coaches are medical professionals, their greatest expertise is in the process of sustainable change. Coaches serve as a guide and partner in the client’s journey. Coaching will help you figure out how to follow through with realistic and consistent goal setting.
