Who is eligible for Health and Wellness coaching?
My clients range from those managing chronic illness/ pain, to near-burnout professionals.
If you have changes you'd like to make with your health (may they be suggested by a doctor or out of your own interest), coaching will help you figure out how to follow through with realistic and consistent goal setting. Progress comes from keeping your personal values in mind.
