A Health and Wellness coach is a partner who empowers individuals to implement a personal wellness plan using science-backed, behavior-driven lifestyle modification practices. Think of it as like forward-looking therapy for behavior change.
Health coaches do not give advice, prescribe a plan, or tell their clients what to do.The focus is not on disease treatment but rather, on improving one’s quality of life.
While Rita’s own health journey uniquely equips her to relate to and provide relevant resources to clients, she does not offer treatment plans related for specific medical conditions.

What is the process?
Schedule a free 20-minute Discovery to make sure coaching is a good fit for you at this time.
During the first coaching session, you will develop a wellness vision and identify the first experimental steps towards your goal.
In the following sessions, we review the progress toward your vision and goals, explore and address any obstacles, reflect, and then agree on a set of goals for the following week. You will gain a better understanding of yourself throughout the process and gain confidence in progressing in your sense of well-being.
Health and Wellness Coaching Packages (Virtual 50-minute sessions)
12-weekly coaching sessions For individuals who want to manage chronic conditions through lifestyle changes. Also great for those trying to find a sustainable way to incorporate healthy practices into their lifestyles.
5-weekly coaching sessions For individuals who want a touch-point to refocus on their health, by making small weekly changes that add up to long-lasting shifts.
Single coaching session Follow-up support (not available for new clients)
Group Coaching For those managing chronic conditions and want to connect with others and support one another in a group coaching setting.
